Do I need broadcast experience to apply?
No. Our Foundation track assumes no prior experience, while Professional and Masterclass tracks are best suited to trainees who have completed Foundation or have equivalent studio time.
What equipment do you train on?
Every studio is fitted with a multi-camera vision mixer, a monitor wall, talkback intercoms and multiviewer displays that match what you would find in a UK broadcast gallery.
How long does it take to complete a course?
Courses run between four and twelve weeks depending on the track, with evening, weekend and intensive formats available.
Will I get placement support after finishing?
Yes. Graduates receive access to our production job board and ongoing alumni workshops with partner broadcasters across the UK.
Can my employer sponsor my course?
Many trainees are sponsored by production companies and broadcasters. Contact our admissions team and we will provide the paperwork you need.
Are classes held in person or online?
Practical desk and camera modules are delivered in our studios, with some theory sessions available remotely to fit around your schedule.
